Who we are
230 Connect is a subcontracting and service partner based in St Kilda, Victoria. We’re engaged by building companies, restoration companies and builders to carry out specific components of property restoration and damage-recovery work — we are not an insurer, loss adjuster, or necessarily the principal restoration contractor on a project.
Where we work
We support projects across Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas — approximately 60km radius.
Who we work with
Our clients are the businesses managing a restoration or repair project — building companies, restoration companies, builders and insurance repair contractors — rather than homeowners directly. We work within the scope and requirements set by the principal contractor.
Our subcontracting model
We’re engaged for defined components of a project: emergency response, restoration of damaged areas, liaison with insurance-related stakeholders, and contents and white goods storage. That focus lets us respond quickly and coordinate cleanly alongside the other trades already on a job.
Our commitment to communication
Restoration projects move fastest when everyone is working from the same information. We keep the principal contractor updated with clear site documentation and progress photos throughout the work.

Damaged properties need a measured, methodical response — securing what needs securing, removing what needs removing, and preparing the site for the next stage of the project without unnecessary delay.
